Local health coach looking to start nutrition club
By Mark Ambrogi
Carolina Lezon is passionate about her health and nutrition vision.
The Noblesville health and fitness coach, who owns CL Fit & Nutrition, would like to start a nutrition club by the second half of 2017.
Lezon already provides nutrition to the clients she serves.
“I’m educating them on good eating habits,” Lezon said. “I teach people to lead a healthy and active lifestyle that will really serve them as long as they live. It’s amazing how many people that don’t understand the concept and get the health equation. I’m on a mission to make this area a healthy and happy place again.”
Lezon said education is key.
“It saddens me when I see people making those bad choices,” said Lezon, who added she doesn’t use the word diet. “They’re hurting themselves. I want people to feel good in their own skin, and a lot of people don’t. Your health is 80 percent nutrition and 20 percent fitness. You don’t have to kill yourself at the gym to accomplish your goals. The most important thing is to feed your body the right nutrition, the right fuel.”
Lezon, who also is a personal trainer, gives free fitness classes for the community she teaches.
“My absolute passion in life is to help people,” said Lezon, who is affiliated with Herbalife International. “It’s a dream come true for me. I’m so lucky to pursue my passion.”
Lezon has been involved with coaching and training people for five years.
When the nutrition classes start, she plans to have weight loss competitions, body transformation classes and free workouts for the community.
“I’m 100 percent committed to this, and I know I have the tools to end the trend of obesity,” she said. “I’ve had tremendous success helping people through their health journey. It’s truly amazing to be part of someone’s life transformation.”
