Voter turnout up, but down

Hamilton County currently has 191,852 registered voters. Of them, only 24.63 percent (47,250 people) cast ballots during the May 8 primary election. NPA to offer $1,000 homeowner façade grant

Applications are now available for the Noblesville Preservation Alliance, Inc. 2012 Homeowner Façade Grant Program. The Noblesville Police Dept. is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing 19-year-old Caucasian woman.
