Division Chief Matt Mitchell of the Noblesville Fire Department has successfully completed the process that awards him the professional designation of Fire Marshal. Hamilton County currently has 191,852 registered voters. Of them, only 24.63 percent (47,250 people) cast ballots during the May 8 primary election.
